BILLING
Your first order is charged at checkout. Each subsequent order is charged on the renewal date based on your chosen frequency. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel anytime through your customer account at www.gum-force.com, or by emailing hello@gum-force.com.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE
To stop the next order, you must cancel, pause, or skip at least 3 days before your renewal date. Changes made within 3 days of renewal will apply to the following cycle.

REFUNDS ON SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
The 90-day money back guarantee applies to your first subscription order. After that, refunds on renewal orders are handled case-by-case — email us and we'll sort it out fairly.

PRICE CHANGES
If we change our subscription pricing, you'll get at least 30 days' notice by email before any change applies to your subscription.

FAILED PAYMENTS
If your payment fails, we'll retry for up to 7 days and notify you by email. If it still fails, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
